Attaching a Screenshot to a Tech Request

There are two ways to submit a Tech Request:

 

Attaching a screenshot via email (Outlook application):

 

1. To attach a screenshot to an email, just open up your Outlook application and compose a new message.

2. In the new message window, select the Attach File icon  and then choose the file you'd like to attach.

2a. You may also attach files using Outlook on the Web by using the Attach button: 

 

Attaching a screenshot via online portal:

 

1. Navigate to https://technology.schreiner.edu/ and then select the Submit Ticket option.

2. On the ticket submission form, just beneath the Add CC button you will see an area for attaching files:

You can drag a file into the window to automatically attach it or you can click the "Browse for a file" link to select the file and attach it to the ticket.
