How do I check the status of a ticket?

To verify the status of tickets, do the following:

 

1. Login to the Support Center by going to https://technology.schreiner.edu/ for Technology or https://facilities.schreiner.edu for Facilities.

2. Login by selecting the link at the top-right corner of the page.

3. Once logged in, you will see all the tickets raised by you.
