Search Knowledge Base for Answers

To locate relevant articles related to your support issues do the following:

 

1. Visit the Support Center's "Home page" by going to https://technology.schreiner.edu for Technology or https://facilities.schreiner.edu for Facilities.

 

2. Enter the keywords related to the issue you are facing in the search box.

 

3. Knowledge base articles that contain the words appear as part of your search results. You can navigate through to locate articles that best answer your issue.

 

4. Select the article that you would like to read. You will find at the bottom of each article the Feedback Bar where you can select whether you found the article helpful or not.
