ANSWER INCOMING CALL

Lift handset OR Press ANSWER to go to speaker. Pickup the handset to go off speaker.

 

PLACE OUTGOING CALL

Press NEW CALL soft key (which activates speaker) or lift handset and dial;

  • Internal - Extension Only

  • Outside - "9" + "1" number including "area code"

  •  

PLACE CALL ON HOLD

From active call press HOLD soft key.
Hang up or to connect to an incoming call press the ANSWER soft key OR press NEWCALL soft key make a new call.
To retrieve held calls, highlight with arrow keys and press RESUME.

 

TRANSFER TO EXTENSION

While on active call
Press TRANSFER soft key Enter EXTENSION NUMBER Press TRANSFER soft key again

 

TRANSFER TO VOICE MAIL

Press TRANSFER soft key followed by the "" Key and dial the extension of the person you want to get the voiccmail.
Press TRANSFER again.

 

TO INITIATE A CONFERENCE CALL

On an active call. Press MORE soft key. Press CONFRN soft key. Enter number of thii:d party Press CONFRN button again TO CONFERENCE will display on screen when connected.

 

PARK & RETRIEVE CALL

While on active call
Press MORE soft key followed by PARK soft key.
Note.assigned CALL PARK NUMBER on the screen and hang up. Dial the assigned CALL PARK NUMBER on any Cisco IP phone.

 

CALL FORWARDING

With phone on hook,
Press CFWDALL soft key
Enter the number to where you want calls to go.
Phone screen will display where your calls are going.
To forward calls direct to your
Voicemail press CFWDALL and then the MESSAGES button.

 

TO TURN CALL FORWARDING OFF

Press CFwDALL soft key

 

DIRECTORIES BUTTON

Press DIRECTORIES button Use arrow keys, soft keys and/ or number pad to navigate through call logs or search your corporate directory.

 

TO CHECK VOICEMAIL

Press the MESSAGES button on your phone.
Enter your password.
Follow prompts.

 

To CHECK VOICEMAIL FROM ANOTHER IP PHONE

  1. Dial your extension number OR press message button

  2. When system answers, Press * key, follow prompts.

    1. ID is your extension number

    2. Pin is your voicemail password

 

TRANSFER VOICEMAIL TO ANOTHER PERSON

  1. Access the voicemail button on your phone’s keypad, or dial *86 (if calling from an outside line, dial your phone number and press the * key).

  2. Enter your 4-digit pass-code, followed by the # key.

  3. Press 1 to listen to new voicemail messages.

  4. After listening to the voicemail message you’d like to forward, press 9 for additional options.

  5. Press 2 to forward the message, and you will be prompted to record an intro message.

  6. Once you are finished recording your message, press the # key.

  7. Press 3 to forward the message.

  8. You will then be prompted to enter the extension you want to forward the message to, followed by the # key.

  9. Your voicemail is transferred to the new extension.
