Add a My Links custom link in My Workspace

- In the upper right of the Links section of your My Workspace, click the green '+' icon to add a link.
- The Add a Link dialog box opens.

- In the Type of Link dropdown, you have the options of selecting a
- J1 Desktop Window (default)
- Web Page
- File
- The dialog box changes slightly depending on the type of link you select.
- To create a link to a Jenzabar function, select J1 Desktop Window.
- The Window dropdown will list all functions in alpha order by module. However, it is usually easier to click the binoculars icon to search for the function you want. When you click the binoculars icon the Search window will open.

- In the search box type any part of the function name and click Search. You should see a list of functions containing the text you entered. Select the function you want and click OK.
- The Add a Link dialog box will now contain the function you selected. The Description will be what appears as your link. If needed, you can change the Description.
- Click OK.
- Now you will see your new link under My Links.
