Accessing a shared mailbox in Office 365 (web)

  1. Within the outlook web app, Navigate to your name and click it. This will show a drop down with an option to “open another mailbox”.

2. Once you select open another mailbox, start searching for the mailbox you would like to open, and it should appear as an option to select.

3. Once you select the mailbox you want to open, confirm by selecting “Open”. A new window will open with the mailbox.
