1. Navigate to where your PDF is saved
2. Right click the file and select Open With>Choose Another App
3. Select Adobe Acrobat
4. Hit OK

To set Adobe Acrobat to be the default PDF viewer:

1. Navigate to where your PDF is saved
2. Right click the file and select Open With>Choose Another App
3. Select Adobe Acrobat
4. Check the box for "Always use this app to open .pdf files"
5. Hit OK
