Applicants
Applicants who have not been admitted will have a password to either the JRM application or the ApplyTexas application.
ApplyTexas
ApplyTexas passwords are not available to Schreiner staff. Applicants can go to the main page at https://www.applytexas.org/adappc/gen/c_start.WBX and click the “Problems logging in” link.
JRM Application
The password for the old JRM application (2015 through May 2019) can be sent by Admission staff using a special button in JRM. Navigate to the student’s application and click the App Tracker button at the top. Check with Admissions Processing staff if you don’t see the button or need help.
Admitted and Committed Students
When students are first admitted, they will get a Jenzabar username and password that allows them to log into Schreiner One. Some time before classes start, they will get a Schreiner network account and be considered an enrolled student. You must first determine if the student has a Schreiner account or not.
Go to the student’s page in JRM. There is a checkbox called “Can Resend S1 Login.” If this box is NOT checked, follow the instructions below for Enrolled Students. You will not be able to send them their password.
Not Yet Enrolled
If the “Can Resend S1 Login” checkbox is checked, Processing staff can resend the username and password to the student using Jenzabar and Schreiner One. Ask them to resend the notification email.
Processing Staff: From Jenzabar, run the Infomaker report called reset_candidate_notification. The report should be on the right side of your Jenzabar desktop screen.
Enter the student’s Jenzabar ID number when prompted.
Close Jenzabar (to avoid data lockup). Now log into Schreiner One. Go to the Admissions tab.
Click the Adm Administration page on the left side of the screen.
Click View Active and Held Account Notifications to Send.
Click the checkbox by the student’s name. (Do NOT click “Select All.”) Click the Send button.
Enrolled Students
Enrolled students must contact the Help Desk for help with their username and password. They can call (830) 792-7344 or email [email protected] The student must call. Technology cannot give out any passwords to parents.
