Here is how you can change your voicemail PIN. If you don't remember your PIN, please call the Helpdesk at 830-792-7344.

1. Press Messages 
2. Enter your PIN (Default is 12345)
3. Press 4 to access Setup options.
4. Press 3 to access your preferences.
5. Press 1 to create a new PIN.
6. Once complete, you may hang up.
