Jenzabar One - Save Rows As

When you run a report in Jenzabar One and want to save the results in an Excel file (or other format), there is a slight change to saving the file.

1. After opening the report in Jenzabar One, go to File>Save Rows As. 
2. Specify the type of file and the file name. 
3. Click on This PC on the left side
   
   
4. Scroll all the way down to Remote Desktop Virtual drive on RDWebClient and double click it
5. You should now see Downloads as an option in the window.  Double-click to open.
6. Files saved here will automatically save to your default downloads location on your PC.
