Please try the following steps on your phone to fix the directory issue.

1. On the phone, hit settings 

2. Hit 4,5,2 

3. If there is a More button, hit the button for More 

   1. If not, Hit **#  You'll see a message that says "Settings Unlocked" then hit More 

4. Hit Erase
