Viewing Echo 360 Video Analytics

This page will provide information on how to view your video analytics of Echo 360 videos. This will allow you to gain insight into how your videos are being viewed by your students.

 

  1. Go to your “Library” on Echo 360.

2. Click on the video for which you wish to see the details.

 

3. On the video information page, select “Analytics.”

NOTE: You can select the time range for which you wish to view any information. Scroll down to see this option. You may need to select a time range that is different from the default 7 days to see the information.​​​​​​​

4. Once you have selected Analytics and modified the time range (if necessary), you can scroll to the bottom of the page to find viewer information.

Total Views: This refers to the total number of times an individual account has accessed a video.

Total View Time: This refers to the total time that an individual account has spent viewing the video.

Average View Time: This refers to the average time the individual account had spent viewing the video per each session that account has viewed the video.

On Demand Views: This refers to the number of times an individual account has accessed the video after it has been uploaded (not during the live stream).

Live View Count: This refers to the number of times an individual account has accessed the video during the live stream).

Downloads: This refers to the total number of times an individual account has downloaded a video (if this option is enabled on your course settings).
