Using Audio/Video Controls on Lectern

• To turn on the projector (and have audio) please make sure the OFF button is lit up and the projector is fully turned off. To know if the projector is fully turned off, look up at the projector and make sure the indicator light for “Power” is solid red.
  • If the Power indicator light is flashing red, the projector is cooling down. Please wait till it turns solid red (usually takes 30-60 seconds)
• If you are not getting any audio from the projector but you are getting video, turn the projector off from the OFF button on the control panel, wait till the projector fully shuts down (power indicator light will be solid red) then press the ON button on the control panel and the projector will boot back up and you will have audio.
