Setting up a Microsoft Teams Meeting

1. Within the Outlook program, navigate to “New Items” and in the drop down select “Teams Meeting”

2. Once the Teams Meeting window opens, fill in all necessary info. This includes;

  • Title
  • Required Attendees
  • Optional Attendees
  • Start and End times

3. Once it is time for the Teams meeting, open your calendar and click the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link. This will open Microsoft Teams program and open the meeting.
