1. Navigate to SchreinerOne and log in with your SchreinerOne credentials.
2. Find and select the Help page in the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page.

3. From the Help page, select the “My Password” link.

4. Under the Password Management section, select the “Change Challenge Questions and Answers” link. From here you can change or set up your challenge questions and answers and click the continue button to save them to your account.
