Method 1 – Reporting an email within the Outlook Client on a SU workstation

  1. Open an email that you suspect is Junk (Spam) or Phishing, then look for the Report Message icon on the right side of the Home tab.  Click it and view the options for Junk, Phishing, etc. Once you have reported the email it should be removed from your inbox and our TECH staff is notified with an alert.

Method 2 – Reporting an email from the Office 365 Outlook web-app

  1. Open an email in 365 and look for the envelope icon, click it and a menu drops down.  Select the appropriate option.
