1. Open the email you believe to be spam/phishing.
2. Select the 3 dot icon on the right side of your screen in the email.

3. Select the "Report Message" option.

4. Select the option that fits your particular scenario. I.E. reporting it as junk.

5. Confirm your selection to send the reported email to Microsoft and the technology department.
