When printing a transcript to a Canon printer there may be issues where the word COPY is in dark black over the entire document.  In order to prevent this a simple process needs to be done when printing the document.

1. Go to print the document as normal via File -> Print
2. Ensure the correct printer is selected.
3. Click advanced.
4. Select the “Print As Image” check box.
5. Click the OK button.
6. Click Print.
7. Collect the now legible transcript from the printer.
