How to sign Contracts for Faculty

  1. For faculty that have an office on campus or can access a Schreiner wired network computer: Schreiner Knowledge Base Article 
  2. For faculty not on campus there are a few options: 
    1. Click on the field that needs a signature.
    2. Click “Configure New Digital ID”

c. Click “Create a new Digital ID”

d. Click “Save to Windows Certificate Store”. Wording will be different on a Mac.

  1. Fill in the form
    1. Name: Your Name
    2. Organizational Unit: Your Department
    3. Organization Name: Schreiner University
    4. Email Address: Your email address

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Click Save

Select your signature and click “Continue”

Confirm everything looks good with the signature

  1. Click Sign
  2. Save the new copy of the PDF someplace.

  1. Your signature has now been added.

Attach the newly signed document and set to send to Carrie Rodgers 

Make sure it is attached. 

Send 

Congratulations, you are done. 

If you cannot use Acrobat, you may print out the document, sign it, and then scan it back into your computer to email to HR.
