Printing from Word,Click on "Printer Properties"

Printing from PDF Click on "Properties

Choose "Secure Print" Option

Do Not Change User Name. Pick a pin number you can easily remember

Click "OK"
Then follow through as if doing a regular print job

Go to printer
Choose "Secure Print"

Choose your job

Click Secure Print

Enter your pin number and press "OK"
