- On your desk-phone select the CFwdALL button.
- This will call a line for you to enter the number you want your call to be forwarded to.
- Please enter your full number (including the 9 to dial out and the 1 for the United States country code) For example: 91(830)792-7344

When you want to stop the calls from being forwarded please select the CFwdALL and your calls will no longer be forwarded.
