Add a network share as a desktop shortcut on MacOS

- Login as user
- Open Finder
- Select Go from the menu and select "Connect to Server"
- Type in the name of the share
- For example: smb://sherman/Marketing
- With the window that opens, select File>Make Alias
- The shortcut is now on the desktop, rename as needed
